A Tall Tale PowerPoint Presentation

Assignment:  Using Microsoft PowerPoint, create a minimum of five (5) slides:

1.) A title slide, which includes:

The tall tale you have chosen

Your name

2.) An introduction slide
bullet

This is where you will introduce your tall tale

bullet

Include a picture of your main character

3.) An exaggeration slide which shows an example of an exaggeration or two in your tall tale
bullet

Exaggerate means to represent something as being larger or greater than it actually is

bullet Include a picture which represents an exaggeration or two found in your tall tale

4.) A simile slide which shows an example of a simile or two in your tall tale
bullet

A simile is a figure of speech that expresses a resemblance between things of different kinds (usually formed with `like' or `as')

bullet Include a picture which represents a simile or two found in your tall tale

5.) A summary slide which should include information that summarizes your tall tale
bullet

A summary is a presentation of the substance of a body of material in a condensed form or by reducing it to its main points

bullet Include a picture or two that helps summarize your tall tale
